LSUA Online:  Online programs are coming Fall 2014.  The press release is out.  Faculty, if you teach online please get your bio information to Teresa Seymour so you can be included on the online faculty page.

Quality Matters:  What Matters about Quality Matters?  What is this and how does it affect online or hybrid classes?  CTE is hosting a session for faculty at 2:30 on Wednesday, March 12 in MPAC 302.  Come see what Matters about Quality Matters and it can benefit you professional and financially. This session will be offered more than once.  Future date to be announced on the Training page or find out more from Quality Matters.

Proctor U is working:  30 online exams have been successfully administered through Proctor U (100% of all scheduled).  Detailed notes are available for each test instance. There were a few instances where the student had to reschedule because either their equipment or environment did not meet requirements set by the instructor or by LSUA.  We expect online testing through Proctor U to increase with online programs.

The Testing center (including evening testing) has administered over 500 exams for Spring Semester.  On campus computer based testing will also increase with the launch of online programs. It is vital that we have accurate dates and require students to register for computer based test using the online registration system at least 24 hours before their test.  The testing center will soon be expanding computer based testing capacity.  Once construction is complete, all individually scheduled computer based testing will be in the testing center, including evenings.
